When reissuing your license certificate, please confirm the followings:

If your latest customer information is different than what you provided before, we may contact you to confirm your information.
Depending on the situation, we may not be able to reissue your license key certificate. Please be forwarned.
Please read carefully before having your license re-issued
In the following cases, you do not have to re-enter your license key
When you change servers, the server OS, and/or web servers.
* Even when you install ApprovalFlow in a new environment because of e.g. a hard disk crash, you do not have to re-enter your license key if you have a backup of your data. The backup contains ApprovalFlow's system configuration data.
We charge for reissuing license key certificates
For customers in Japan: ¥2000 / license
For international customers : Please contact us at afinquiry@cybozu.co.jp
How to apply
Please send the following information to the ApprovalFlow Information Center:
- Customer ID
- Corporation name
- Contact information
- Contact person name
- Type of license key that you need reissued
(User license, service license, etc.)
