New user license
A New user license must be purchased if you have not purchased any ApprovalFlow licenses before.
Additional user license
An additional user license is required to add more users to your existing ApprovalFlow system.

New basic user license
This license is for new customers. It includes the software license agreement and a one year service contract.

Additional user license
This license allows you to increase the number of users in ApprovalFlow.
If your current ApprovalFlow has more than one year service period, you need to purchase a service license that corresponds to the additional user license.
