A Cybozu® ApprovalFlow™ Service license provides the following services:

• Major version upgrades
• Minor version upgrades
• Technical support

Maintenance contract extension and the service license pricing

The Maintenance contact extension is a license purchased before your current Service License expires to extend the service period.
A Service License must be purchased if you do not have a valid Service License or maintenance contract extension.

Maintenance contract extensions

This license extends the service period for one year.
This license must be purchased within 30 days after the Service License expires.

Price	Depending on the amount of new user licenses, the rank A - G will be applied. The price is decided by unit price and quantity according to rank.
Minimum users	50 users (It depends on your current number of users)
Remarks	If you desire maintenance service after your maintenance contract expires, you need to purchase a service license. You can cut down the number of service licenses (minimum number is 50). Your request may take about one week to process, so please inform us in advance.

Service license description

This license must be purchased if you did not purchase a maintenance contract extension, and want to reinstate support service.

Price	Depending on the number of new user licenses, the rank A - G will be applied. The price is decided by unit price and quantity according to the rank.
Minimum users	50 users (It depends on the current number of users)
Remarks	You can cut down on the number of service licenses (the minimum number is 50). This is not applicable to any other licenses such as the user license. If you wish to continue to get support service after the service end date, please purchase a maintenance contract extension.
